▪️ Position Name: Assistant Front Office Manager.

▪️The Front Desk Manager assists in supervising the front office team to ensure that team members are prepared and well-informed to deliver an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out.
🔹 What will you do?
Assist the Front Office Manager to oversee the entire front office operation to maintain high standards.
Assist the Front Desk Manager in assessing guest satisfaction levels and monitoring trends, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Ensure that regular and VIP guests are recognized and that the front office management operates with the sales position and promotes the hotel’s brand loyalty system.
