for the OzU Scholarship Program Foreign students who have graduated from high school or are studying in the last year of high school Among the natural citizens born in the Republic of Turkey, who have renounced their citizenship with the approval of the Ministry of the Interior, and who hold the official document to use the rights granted by Law No.: 5203, issued to their children under the full legal age registered in the document proving the renunciation of Turkish citizenship Students with dual citizenships (Turkish or Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus) who have acquired Turkish/Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus citizenship and did not inherit it (those with dual citizenship, who were born natural citizens of a foreign country but subsequently acquired citizenship of the Republic of Turkey)
Turkish or Turkish citizenship in Northern Cyprus and those who complete their high school education completely abroad Citizens of the TRNC who have fully completed their secondary education in the TRNC and obtained GCE AL . results
